Registration program

A Registrable Property is any Vacant real property that:

Is the subject of a foreclosure action;
Has a foreclosure judgment but has not yet been sold; or
Has been transferred to a mortgagee or affiliated entity via foreclosure sale or deed in lieu.

Registration

Registration is required within 5 days of initial inspection if the property is found to be vacant and abandoned.
Each parcel requires a separate registration.
Vacant lots need not be registered.
This is a one-time registration. Renewal is not required.

OMT changes require a new registration by the new mortgagee or trustee. Nay preeviously unpaid registration fees are the responsibility of the new mortgagee or trustee and are due with their initial registration.

No late fees.

Fees are paid online by card or bank account when you submit your registration. A payment processing fee, if any, is shown before you pay.

No inspection fee.

Initial inspection is required within 30 days of initiating foreclosure proceedings.
Periodic inspections at least once every 30 days must be documented.
