A Registrable Property is any vacant real property that:
Is the subject of a foreclosure action;
Has a foreclosure judgment but has not yet been sold; or
Has been transferred to a mortgagee or affiliated entity via foreclosure sale or deed in lieu.
Registration
Registration is required within 10 days of vacancy.
Each parcel requires a separate registration.
Registration information must be updated within 30 days of any change.
Renewal
Registrations must be renewed annually, measured from the initial foreclosure filing date.

A property is considered vacant if no person or persons actually currently conducts a lawfully licensed business in any part of the building, or lawfully resides or lives in any part of the building as the legal or equitable owner(s) or tenant-occupant(s), or owner-occupant(s), or tenant(s) on a permanent, nontransient basis.
