How does Hera work?

ACCOUNT CREATION

Once an ordinance is passed, we will set up a Hera account for your community.

RESEARCH

Our team will then do extensive research to identify at risk properties

REGISTER

Once identified, we will contact the banks, owners, and landlords to register their properties using Hera.

All registered properties will be stored under your community account, allowing you to easily identify responsible parties. If you have a problem or question, our team is here to act as a liaison. To help us serve you better, Hera has partnered with the law firm of Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman (Milberg). For responsible parties who refuse to register vacant properties, Milberg will take all necessary enforcement action to ensure compliance and collect outstanding registration fees and fines.
